M\u00f6dling \u2013 Das im Vorjahr er\u00f6ffnete SAFED-Labor in M\u00f6dling hat das Interesse zahlreicher Firmen aus der europ\u00e4ischen W\u00e4rmebehandlungsindustrie geweckt. Die Versuchsanlage tr\u00e4gt bereits jetzt zur konsequenten Weiterentwicklung von Thermoprozessen bei, erl\u00e4utert Dr. Herwig Altena, Leiter Entwicklungs- und Anwendungstechnik bei der AICHELIN-Holding in M\u00f6dling. Wertvolle Tests f\u00fcr internationale Kunden<\/span><\/p>\n

Bei den “Labor-Besuchern” handelt es sich in erster Linie um europ\u00e4ische Branchengr\u00f6\u00dfen aus der Schrauben-, Befestigungs- und M\u00fcnzindustrie. Sie haben meist schon konkrete Vorstellungen, m\u00f6chten aber vor der definitiven Kaufentscheidung wertvolle Erkenntnisse gewinnen, kritische Feinjustierungen testen und Detailfragen in der Praxis abkl\u00e4ren. Von den vielschichtigen Tests profitiert auch AICHELIN. Das Unternehmen kann sein profundes Know-how weiter ausbauen und den daraus gewonnen Mehrwert bei der Produktentwicklung und Prozessoptimierung zum Vorteil seiner Kunden nutzen.<\/p>\n

Universelle Eins\u00e4tze, reale Bedingungen<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Versuchsanlage ist ein Drahtgliederbandofen, der ideal zum Blankgl\u00fchen, H\u00e4rten unter Schutzgasatmosph\u00e4re, Aufkohlen bzw. Einsatzh\u00e4rten, Warmauslagern, sowie Anlassen geeignet ist. Bei Temperaturen bis zu 1.100 Grad Celsius k\u00f6nnen Stahlteile unter einer beliebig zusammengesetzten Schutzgasatmosph\u00e4re behandelt werden. Die Begasungseinrichtung der SAFED-Anlage erm\u00f6glicht das Zuf\u00fchren von Stickstoff, Endogas, Wasserstoff, Propan, Erdgas und Luft.<\/p>\n

Bei einer maximalen Beladung von 30 Kilogramm pro Laufmeter Band betr\u00e4gt die Durchlaufzeit zwischen 7,5 und 60 Minuten. Die Anlage verf\u00fcgt ebenso \u00fcber eine Schnellk\u00fchlvorrichtung, die ein Abk\u00fchlen auf unter 100 Grad binnen 2 Minuten garantiert. Bei d\u00fcnnwandigen Bauteilen, wie Rasierbl\u00e4ttern, k\u00f6nnen Kunden auch auf eine Gask\u00fchlung zur\u00fcckgreifen, um die gew\u00fcnschten Ergebnisse zu erzielen.<\/p>\n
