Mit ihrem Know-how und Enthusiasmus unterst\u00fctzen die neuen Berater unsere Kompetenzfelder und stellen fachlich wie menschlich eine Bereicherung dar&#8221;, erkl\u00e4rt Dr. Stefan Bergsmann, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von Horv\u00e1th &amp; Partners \u00d6sterreich.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"FtxtP\">Stefan Hauer verst\u00e4rkt das Kompetenzzentrum f\u00fcr Konsum- und Industrieg\u00fcter von Christoph Kopp. Der 28-j\u00e4hrige Ober\u00f6sterreicher wird vorrangig Aufgaben im Bereich Unternehmenssteuerung und Performance-Optimierung \u00fcbernehmen. Nach Abschluss des BWL-Studiums an der Wirtschaftsuniversit\u00e4t Wien startete Hauer seine Berufslaufbahn in der Stabsstelle des Marktvorstandes bei A1 Telekom Austria. Danach war er drei Jahre im Red-Bull-Konzern f\u00fcr die Business- und Budgetplanung sowie Vertriebssteuerung der Marke &#8220;Carpe Diem&#8221; verantwortlich.<\/p>\n<p class=\"FtxtP\">Katrin Baier unterst\u00fctzt das Finanz-Kompetenzzentrum, das unter der Leitung von Johannes Scheutz steht. Die 31-j\u00e4hrige Wienerin verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Abschl\u00fcsse der Fachhochschule Wien f\u00fcr Unternehmensf\u00fchrung\/Management und der renommierten SDA Bocconi School of Management in Mailand, wo sie 2012 ihren MBA absolvierte. Vor Horv\u00e1th &amp; Partners konnte sie bereits umfassende internationale Berufserfahrung bei der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission, Capgemini Consulting \u00d6sterreich, sowie L&#8217;Or\u00e9al Italia und \u00d6sterreich in den Bereichen Finanz, Strategie und Business Development sammeln. Aufgrund ihrer ausgezeichneten Sprachkenntnisse war sie unter anderem in den L\u00e4ndern Italien, Belgien, Tschechien und Vietnam t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n<p class=\"FtxtP\">Peter Oberhofer erweitert das Kompetenzcenter Organization &amp; Operations von Carina Palfrader-Fraz. Der 29-J\u00e4hrige wird sich auf Fragen im Bereich Logistik und Supply Chain Management konzentrieren. Oberhofer hat an der Wirtschaftsuniversit\u00e4t Wien studiert (Promotion Sozial- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Diplom Betriebswirtschaftslehre) und Auslandsaufenthalte am Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge (USA) und an der Tulane University, New Orleans (USA) absolviert. Danach konnte er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter der WU Wien und als Projektberater Erfahrungen sammeln.<\/p>\n<p class=\"FtxtP\"><strong><span class=\"FtxtBold\">Horv\u00e1th &amp; Partners<\/span><\/strong><br \/>Horv\u00e1th &amp; Partners ist eine unabh\u00e4ngige, international t\u00e4tige Management-Beratung.
