An der komplexen Ledgerl\u00f6sung haben vier Consultants der Wiener SAP-Beratung <span class=\"hl\">CNT<\/span> Management Consulting AG mitgewirkt \u2013 mit <span class=\"hl\">CNT<\/span> Senior Consultant Erich Sacher als Projektleiter. Der Umstieg ist Auftakt und Vorbereitung zu einem noch umfangreicheren Conversion-Projekt.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Bisher hat ANDRITZ seine klassische Hauptbuchhaltung im SAP ERP betrieben, mit separaten Konten f\u00fcr die Rechnungslegung nach lokalen- und IFRS-Vorschriften. Hinzu kam ein historisch gewachsener Kontenplan mit lokalen Besonderheiten. Die S\/4HANA-L\u00f6sung sieht nun eine einheitliche Hauptbuchhaltung vor und ist damit eine wesentliche Vorbereitung f\u00fcr die Konzern-Conversion auf S\/4HANA.\n<\/p>\n<p>Die Umstellung auf die neue Haupt- und Anlagenbuchhaltung unter Einsatz einer Ledgerl\u00f6sung erm\u00f6glicht die Verschlankung des Kontenplans und eine Optimierung bestehender Prozesse in der Finanzbuchhaltung. So wurde neben den bestehenden IFRS- und handelsrechtlichen Werten ein eigener Ledger zur Abbildung steuerrecht-licher Vorgaben und eine neue Nummernlogik f\u00fcr Sachkonten implementiert.\n<\/p>\n<p>Die Einf\u00fchrung des Steuerledgers erm\u00f6glicht ANDRITZ die eigenst\u00e4ndige Erfassung und Abbildung von Gesch\u00e4ftsvorf\u00e4llen nach steuerrechtlichen Vorgaben. Eine Besonderheit stellt die Migration historischer Daten unter Einbezug der neuen Sachkontennummerierung dar, die mit Standardtools nicht m\u00f6glich gewesen w\u00e4re.\n<\/p>\n<p>Weiteres Asset: Aus umfangreicher vorangegangener Projekterfahrung heraus konnte <span class=\"hl\">CNT<\/span> Andritz zudem bei der Anpassung bestehender Prozesse an die neu eingef\u00fchrten SAP-L\u00f6sungen unterst\u00fctzen. Die Migration historischer Daten erfolgte dabei durch die SNP-Group, die durch ihren kundenindividuellen Ansatz komplexe Mapping-Regeln mit kurzen Migrationslaufzeiten umsetzen konnte.\n<\/p>\n<p>ANDRITZ-Finanzchef Norbert Nettesheim ist denn auch mit der L\u00f6sung zufrieden. &#8220;Die Implementierung des neuen Hauptbuchs brachte nicht nur hohe Synergien, sie ist auch ein gutes Beispiel f\u00fcr ein perfekt realisiertes IT-Projekt: Gut vorbereitet, termingerecht und im Budgetrahmen.&#8221; Projektleiterin Gabriele Kaiser-Kr\u00f6ll erg\u00e4nzt: &#8220;Die Umstellung erfolgte ganz ohne Beeintr\u00e4chtigung des laufenden Betriebs.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dcber die ANDRITZ AG <\/strong><br \/>Die ANDRITZ-Gruppe liefert Anlagen, Systeme, Ausr\u00fcstungen und Serviceleistungen f\u00fcr unterschiedliche Industrien.
