Zuvor war der geb\u00fcrtige Salzburger beim Rieder Luftfahrtzulieferer FACC AG zun\u00e4chst als Business Developer und dann als verantwortlicher Director Value Analysis &amp; Value Engineering f\u00fcr die Entwicklung einer bereichs\u00fcbergreifenden Kostenoptimierungsabteilung zust\u00e4ndig.<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.horvath-partners.com\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.horvath-partners.com<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Florian Stefan ist das Musterbeispiel einer dualen Bilderbuch-Karriere vom Kfz-Lehrling zum Top-Berater und Prozessmanager. Er arbeitete unter anderem als Prozesstechniker und Leiter einer Prototypenabteilung bei ABB in Eggelsberg und als Kostenoptimierungsberater bei der ZF Group in Salzburg.\n<\/p>\n<p>Seine bereichs- und industrie\u00fcbergreifende Expertise im strategischen Business Development sowie im Profitabilit\u00e4tsmanagement hat sich Florian Stefan w\u00e4hrend seiner vierj\u00e4hrigen T\u00e4tigkeit bei FACC in Ober\u00f6sterreich erarbeitet. In Ried begann er als Vertriebsmanager f\u00fcr bestehende Fokuskunden und neue Auslandsm\u00e4rkte und entwickelte ein divisionsweites Profitabilit\u00e4tsprogramm.
